Set on a concrete site of an unsightly out-of-use M.O.T. garage the project looked to bring life to the area by introducing vibrant accommodation and a common park. Being adjacent to a high-profile conservation area the design had to be sensitive to its context, easily buildable and incorporate sustainable construction methods. Completed in 2018 the new Victoria Road complex features 6 high quality residential units further enhancing the existing main building.
