This beautifully located Art Deco-style house required an internal makeover and new open spaces in order to accommodate the growing family. Through incorporation of sensitive materials, the glazed extension opened the restricted dining area to the green garden views and created large family-oriented spaces around the kitchen, dining and living areas without compromising the building’s historic beauty.
