MAKE
Located in the centre of Stanmore, approximately 10 miles North-West of Central London in the London Borough of Harrow. This 1980’s office building, with a public library at ground floor, has been repurposed into a multifunctional residential development providing 39 units for contemporary living.
CREATE
In depth analysis of interior solutions was undertaken to maximise utility and efficiency. This approach has resulted in the delivery of expertly designed first time buyer apartments with excellent levels of natural light and functionality.
LIVE
The project was short listed for the London Construction Awards in 2019 in the best regeneration project category. The existing host building, with continuous ribbon windows, set the stage for a highly successful conversion with wide fronted units formed incorporating adaptable spaces for modern urban living.
