High Wycombe - 2020
MAKE:
Completed in early 2020, Tempus Court features a bespoke collection of 53 high-quality apartments. Through careful spatial arrangement across its four floors the project maximises its usable internal area. Converted from the previous mix of commercial and residential space it enjoys a prime location in High Wycombe and helps to enhance the district with contemporary accommodation.
CREATE:
The proposal involves adapting the interior space to accommodate residential needs while maintaining the building’s historical integrity. Changes include adjusting floor levels and making subtle exterior modifications to enhance the building’s elegance. The statement emphasises a careful balance between preserving the structure’s heritage and meeting contemporary living standards, ensuring a harmonious integration of past and present architectural elements.
LIVE:
The proposed design aims to embody the character and atmosphere of the existing building on the exterior. Juxtaposing the exterior, the interior spaces would reflect that of contemporary apartments, offering residents a familiar and comfortable space to reside.  Adjustments to the floor layouts were planned to ensure seamless integration of amenities and living spaces, fostering a harmonious balance between functionality and architectural aesthetics.
